originally ordered this PC for my 11 year old son for Christmas. The
order was placed on December 10, 2019. Unfortunately, Purolator decided
to leave this gaming PC in the lobby of my condominium. It was stolen.
I was then in panic mode as this was all the money I had for my son's
present. Amazon has been incredible. The General Manager of Amazon in
Brampton, Ontario (Canada) actually drove up to Kingston on Christmas
Eve to personally deliver a replacement so my son had a present to open
on Christmas Day. I am so thankful and amazed at the level of
compassion and empathy shown by Amazon for my family. You turned a
really horrible experience into the best of my life. My son thanks you.
The computer is awesome! We are very impressed so far and recommend
this computer to anybody, especially for new PC gamers! Thanks again
Cyberghost and Amazon for making Christmas 2019 the best one for my
family!
