Computer was failing to power up right out of box, after some trouble shooting I noticed one of the RAM sticks was not fully seated in the slot. Clicked it into place and computer has been working great ever since. A less computer savvy person would have had a very frustrating experience out of the box.

Highly unlikely that would happen in shipping, it was packaged very secure. So I am left to believe the quality control is lacking. Other than that the computer has been working fantastic, very quiet, stylish case. I love it so far.
